PROPERTY PREP TIPS

INTERIOR

  • Ensure all reflective surfaces (Glass, stainless steel, mirrors) are cleaned well and streak free.
  • If possible have all bulbs in the home switched to the same colour kelvin. (3500-5000k is best) This will help create an even lighting experience in both the photos. (And in person)
  • Replace any burnt out light bulbs.
  • Hide family photos.
  • If possible remove all small appliances from countertops in the kitchen.
  • Tuck away any remotes.
  • Tuck away tooth brushes, razors etc from bathrooms.
  • If clear shower hide bottles.
  • Tuck away dog toys/dog bowls.
  • If possible have all people & animals out of the property.


EXTERIOR

  • Ensure driveway is clear of cars.
  • Tidy/hide outdoor clutter. (Garbage cans, garden hoses, shovels etc.)
  • Ensure lawn and gardens are trimmed & tidy.
  • Remove any signs of animals (As much as possible- toys, poop etc)

BOOKING

All our booking is done through our online scheduler. You will receive an email confirmation as well as an email reminder before our appointment. Free reschedules/cancellations with 24hrs notice. To reschedule/cancel head to your confirmation email and click the appropriate button.

PAYMENTS

All payments are done through our booking system. Payments are made upon booking and can be made via debit or credit cards. If you need to cancel and do so with 24 hours notice, we'll fully refund you.

We send 2 shooters to every property to ensure we can get your media done in less time, without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. You're busy, we get it!

DELIVERY OF MEDIA

Social reels & all images are delivered via an easy to use online gallery. Download all in one click or choose individual images to download. Web sized download is an option for photos going on the MLS. Gallery will expire within 48 hours of being sent so please be sure to download your images. Should you need access after this time, shoot us an email.

BEST PRACTICES

TIPS FOR DOWNLOADING YOUR MEDIA

Please download your media as soon as possible as it will automatically expire within 48 hours of being sent. If you need access to your images after the link has expired, shoot us an email.


We recommend downloading your media directly to the device that you are going to be posting it. (Laptop, phone, I-pad etc.) Downloading on a laptop then sending to a phone and then uploading to social media for example, is not ideal. Each time media is downloaded and re-uploaded you're going to be losing quality.


We recommend choosing the "web size" image download option for photos going to MLS. Our image file sizes are large due to their high quality but social media will automatically compress them upon uploading so it's best to download the web size from the get go to ensure your images come out the best.


For printing purposes (Feature sheets, marketing materials etc.) we recommend choosing the high-res download option for your images.


If you don't want to be bothered with downloading 2 sets of images, the web size images should print okay in small format.
